I'm not a big fan of Spongebob or Shadow, but at least the animation semi-decent.
Have you ever tried drawing with the line tool? I find most artist disregard Flash's capabilities as a vector graphics studio. It may improve the look of at least the art, not so much the effects, but they're okay anyway. Try watching my teaser for Mismagius' Revenge to see an example of what can be done with just the line and fill tools.
I also find it amusing how well my epic music fits in with such a silly fight.
I think I'll give you an 8/10, for semi-decent art, good effects, and finding a unique way to use my music ;)
